In children with rickets, osteoid fails to mineralize. This condition is sometimes accompanied by a vitamin D deficiency or drop in blood phosphate levels, which causes hypophosphatemia. case report describes 4-year-old youngster persistent respiratory conditions since he was nine months old. At an outpatient tubulopathies clinic, throughout 24-month study, information on the patient's metabolic profile, creatinine clearance, nutritional status, weight, and body composition gathered. Clinical laboratory evidence of hypophosphatemia rickets present patient. The bone metabolism had changed. He been bedridden for some time mechanically ventilated. Our improved after receiving phosphate, calcium, calcitriol multiple as treatment. patient improved, eventually walking alone breathing his own. Additionally, weight structural development are enhanced transient gallstones. clearance constant. medication test results status. Following two years treatment, fully recovered. Early detection can help kids receive additional support earlier prevent them from falling behind. All age groups benefit multimodality essential managing condition. current example presented it so uncommon.
